CONTEXTE DE LA FORMATION  

Designed by European educators from the 8 EDUC universities and tailored specifically for PhD students, this 27-hour online course offers two sequential pedagogical parts: 
 

• Coming Out of Academia (11 hours): Prepare for the transition from academic life to the world of business and innovation. 
• Entering the Professional Market (16 hours): Learn to navigate professional environments, strengthen your collaborations, and develop essential skills for career success.  

OBJECTIFS

• Master work-related transversal skills: Gain critical competencies that apply across industries: problem-solving, design thinking, social impact, leadership, and more. 
• Linguistic competency in English: A course entirely in English, you will strengthen your ability to engage in professional and entrepreneurial activities in an international context. 
• Professional insertion: Equip yourself with the tools to seamlessly integrate into the professional world, whether in corporate, nonprofit, or entrepreneurial settings.

CONDITIONS D’ACCES ET PREREQUIS

• Accessible from year 1 of the PhD  
• Open to all profiles and disciplines 
• Requires a B2 level in English 
• Several sessions will be offered throughout the year 
• Receipt of an EDUC Certificate of Competences to be added to a skills portfolio
